I was recently chastised for not updating my blog. Well, what the heck! MYOB! I guess it worked though, since here I am blogging!
I decided I would feature some of the Legacy Boxer Rescue fosters! If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. The moms and Cubby spend all of their free time volunteering, so I guess I should help a little, too.
To kick off my new effort, I will introduce Snoop! Isn't he handsome!
He loves to jump, play with squeakies, and snuggle! I'm not much of a jumper or snuggler myself, but I understand the squeaky thing.
He is looking for just the right forever home. He comes out to pet fair; he meets lots of adopters. He is working hard here!
Ha! It looks like he loves his food, too! Now THAT, I understand on every level!
I guess he has good reason. He wasn't always the handsome guy you see today. He was downright skin and bones!
If you think you need a Snoop in your life, I know where you can find him. Fill out an application with Legacy Boxer Rescue!
Look at this! It's my new toy! The moms call it Occy! I highly recommend it. It is a very loud squeaker - I like it even better than the Cuz.
See me enjoying the Occy? I guess the moms feel bad that they are going to subject me to pain and heartache tomorrow. That must be why they bought the Occy.
Tomorrow, they are taking me to get microchipped and nail clipped. It is a fundraiser for the rescue group they work with. They say a chip will help keep me safe if I get lost. I'm going back to Occy, and trying not to think about tomorrow.
The moms and Cubby left me home alone ALL DAY yesterday, and because they felt terrible guilt at the abandonment, they brought me new toys!
These are special tennis balls. They are filled with rubber instead of being hollow. Mom hopes I can play with them for more than 30 seconds. Regular tennis balls split open when I chew them.
We'll see how long these last - I have jaws of steel! I am the queen of destruction! I can break ANYTHING!
You can't have my boney, because I love it. But you can look at it.
When I am scared (if there is a loud noise, like the emergency alert system, thunder, mom dropping something, or thunder), I go get my boney and take it to mom.
When I am bored, I chew on it.
Sometimes, my brother, Cubby, takes it and chews on it. He gets it all bloody when he chews on it. That just makes it better.
Sometimes, I just sit with and and keep it company. I love my boney.
The boney is bacon flavor, but usually I have original flavor. We only have the bacon, because the totally nice people at Nylabone sent me bacon flavor for free! They are so cool!
